Promopack (promopack.net) is a packaging printing service for companies that already buy packaging. You send us your latest quote and we beat it by at least 10% while keeping the same quality, materials, finishes and print run. We reply within 48 business hours and, if we can’t improve it, we tell you and you pay nothing.<\/p>\n

Who is behind Promopack?<\/h2>\n

Promopack is run by Addicional Marketing, S.L., a marketing and communications agency based in Sabadell (Barcelona) and active since 2015. For production we work with an industrial packaging printing partner. We handle the relationship with you, review the quote and coordinate the process; the partner prints.<\/p>\n

How does the process work, step by step?<\/h2>\n

  1. You upload your quote.<\/strong> On the quote page<\/a> you attach the latest one from your printer, as a PDF or a photo, and fill in a short form.<\/li>\n
  2. We review it.<\/strong> We identify the product, material, dimensions, finishes and print run, and check where there is room to save.<\/li>\n
  3. We send you an offer within 48 business hours.<\/strong> Same specification and a price at least 10% lower. If we can’t improve it, we tell you anyway.<\/li>\n
  4. Optional sample.<\/strong> If you want to check the quality before deciding, you can order a physical sample and pay only its cost.<\/li>\n
  5. Production.<\/strong> If you accept, the partner prints your order.<\/li>\n
  6. Delivery.<\/strong> We ship it to the address you give us in Spain.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Why can a quote be cut by 10%?<\/h2>\n

    There is no trick on quality. The price of packaging depends on many commercial factors on top of the technical ones: how many intermediaries sit between the printer and the buyer, how production is scheduled and what margin is applied. Because we work as an agency directly with an industrial printer, we cut out steps between the customer and the press. That is what lets us offer at least 10% less on an existing quote.<\/p>\n

    We don’t change your specification to make it cheaper. If your quote says micro-flute board with matte lamination and 2,000 units, the offer is micro-flute with matte lamination and 2,000 units.<\/p>\n

    Which products and industries does it cover?<\/h2>\n

    We work with custom printed cardboard boxes<\/a>, folding cartons, paper bags, takeout and delivery boxes (pizza, burger, meal boxes), labels and stickers, e-commerce shipping boxes, premium rigid boxes and promotional packaging with POS displays. The most common industries are food and drink, restaurants and delivery, retail and fashion, e-commerce, cosmetics and pharmacy, corporate gifts, and festivals and events.<\/p>\n

    What do we need from you to review the quote properly?<\/h2>\n

    The clearer the quote you send, the more accurate our answer. You don’t need to prepare anything special, but it helps if it shows:<\/p>\n
