The Promopack guarantee means that the offer we send you keeps the same quality, the same materials, the same finishes and the same print run as your current quote, at a price at least 10% lower. If we can’t deliver that, we tell you within 48 business hours and you pay nothing. Physical samples are charged at cost only.<\/p>\n

What exactly does the Promopack guarantee cover?<\/h2>\n

It’s four specific commitments, measurable against your own quote:<\/p>\n

  1. Same quality.<\/strong> Print and manufacturing quality equivalent to your benchmark quote.<\/li>\n
  2. Same materials.<\/strong> The same type of board, paper weight or paper. We never swap in something cheaper without telling you.<\/li>\n
  3. Same finishes.<\/strong> Lamination, varnish, foil stamping, embossing or whatever else the original has.<\/li>\n
  4. Same print run.<\/strong> The quantity you order. We don’t adjust it up or down to make the numbers work.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    And a fifth one, on the result: a reduction of at least 10% on the quote you show us. Everything is compared against your own document, which is the objective benchmark.<\/p>\n

    Why do we offer this guarantee?<\/h2>\n

    Because our model starts from a quote that already exists. We don’t sell a new product you have to imagine; we offer a comparison with something you already buy. That makes it possible to promise something measurable: if the result isn’t better than your starting document, there’s no reason for you to pay.<\/p>\n

    It’s also a way to take the risk out for anyone dealing with us for the first time. Switching packaging suppliers is daunting, and rightly so: one mistake is multiplied across the whole run. The guarantee, together with the at-cost sample, is meant to let you check before you decide.<\/p>\n

    What if you can’t keep it?<\/h2>\n

    Then we tell you and it costs nothing. If after the review we see we can’t lower the price by 10% while keeping the same specification, we let you know in writing within 48 business hours. There’s no review fee, no obligation to buy and no small print.<\/p>\n

    It can happen. If your current supplier already gives you a very tight price, there’s no point pretending we can beat it. We’d rather give you a clear, quick no than an offer that isn’t comparable. In fact, knowing your price is competitive is useful information for you too.<\/p>\n

    What guarantee do you have on samples?<\/h2>\n

    Before production, you can order a physical sample. You pay only its cost, with no markup. It lets you check dimensions, material, color and finishes in your own hands before committing to the run. We explain the types of samples and how to order them on our samples page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    That sample is the benchmark you’ll compare production against later. Keep it as the approved unit.<\/p>\n

    What doesn’t the guarantee cover?<\/h2>\n

    To be honest about it, here are the limits:<\/p>\n
