Prices are shown excluding VAT. Spanish VAT is added in the cart; businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number buy VAT-free (reverse charge).

What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product and technique, but most items can be ordered from 25 units. Each product shows the quantity tiers and unit price.
What format should my logo be in?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal. A good-resolution PNG or JPG also works: we check it and, if needed, adapt it for the proof.
How long will my order take?
Each product shows an estimated date including design approval, production and shipping. If you need the order by a specific date, write to us before buying.
Which countries do you ship to?
We sell to businesses in all 27 EU countries, with delivery included in the price. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, ask us for a quote.
Do you sell to individuals?
Promopack is designed for companies, freelancers and organisations. Outside Spain a valid EU VAT number is required.
What if I'm looking for something that isn't in the shop?
Ask us for a quote: we have access to thousands more items and will prepare a tailored proposal within 24 working hours.
