What exactly is Promopack?
A packaging printing service for companies. The fastest route: send us your printer’s latest quote and we’ll give you the same product, with the same specifications, at least 10% cheaper. If you don’t have one, you can request a quote from scratch. Promopack is a project by Addicional Marketing, S.L. with a partner specializing in packaging printing.
How can you be cheaper with the same quality?
Because we pool the volume of many clients at the same packaging printer and negotiate prices a single company can’t get. The savings come from volume, not from the material or the printing.
What do I need to request a quote?
Your latest packaging quote or invoice with the specifications: product type, dimensions, material, printing, finishes and units. Upload it as a PDF or photo in the form and we’ll do the rest. If you don’t have a previous quote, you can request one from scratch with the specifications you need.
How long do you take to reply?
Within 48 business hours of receiving your quote with complete specifications. If anything is missing, we’ll ask you first.
What if you can't beat it by 10%?
We tell you clearly within those 48 hours and it costs you nothing. We won’t offer you a cheaper version of the product without telling you.
Do you keep exactly the same product?
Yes: same dimensions, same material and weight, same printing, same finishes and same run. If we think there’s a better alternative, we present it separately, never instead of the comparison you asked for.
Can I order samples?
Yes. We make physical samples at cost so you can check the quality before the full run starts.
Who makes my packaging?
Our packaging printing partner, with whom Addicional Marketing negotiates volume. They quote, print, check quality, track and deliver. We’re your single point of contact.
Who invoices me?
Addicional Marketing, S.L. (Tax ID B67399238), owner of Promopack. You’ll receive a standard invoice with all the details.
What kind of packaging can you make?
Cardboard boxes, folding cartons, paper bags, delivery boxes, labels, e-commerce shipping boxes, premium rigid packaging, POS displays and promotional material. If you print something in board or paper that isn’t on the list, ask us. We also produce custom branded merchandise: apparel, pens, mugs and bottles, tote bags, notebooks, tech and event kits, with the same minimum 10% saving.
Is there a minimum run?
It depends on the product. Since we start from your current quote, we can usually match your units. If that’s ever not the case, we’ll tell you in our reply.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the address you give us. Include it in the form so we can factor it into the price.
How do you handle my quote and my data?
Your quote is only used to calculate our offer. Your data is processed by Addicional Marketing, S.L. in accordance with our privacy policy.
How long does production take once the order is approved?
It depends on the product, finishes and run, so the lead time is always stated in our proposal, along with the price. If you have a deadline (a campaign, a launch, the holidays), tell us in the form and we’ll confirm whether we can make it before you decide.
Do I need to have the design ready?
If you already have the final artwork for your current packaging, we can use it as is: we print it the same. If you want to change something or don’t have the files, we tell you what we need (die-cut dimensions, color profile, bleed) and can help you prepare it. If you don’t have a design or want to create a new brand, we design it with Addicional, the branding agency behind Promopack.
Can I change dimensions, material or finishes compared with my current quote?
Yes. The minimum 10% saving is calculated on the same product, but if you want to adjust something (a different weight, finish or run), we also quote that option separately so you can compare.
How much does a sample cost and how long does it take?
The sample is charged at cost, with no markup, and we confirm the amount and lead time before making it. If you then place the order, we deduct it from production.
Do you work with recycled or certified materials?
Yes. We can produce in recycled board and paper or with responsible forest management certification, and with food-contact inks and varnishes when the product requires it. Tell us in your quote which certification you need and we’ll keep it in the new proposal.
What about repeat orders?
We keep your cutting dies and files, so repeating an order is simpler and you don’t have to send us anything again: tell us the units and date and we’ll confirm price and lead time.
Do you work with companies of any size?
Yes. We work with small and medium businesses, e-commerce stores, restaurants and delivery chains, cosmetics and food brands, retailers and purchasing departments at larger companies. If you already buy printed packaging, your current quote is the fastest route; if not, you can request a quote from scratch.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are stated in each proposal. We invoice from Addicional Marketing, S.L. with a standard invoice and accept bank transfer.
